oh the places you'll go in paris but nothing will compare to the fresh, olive-y wonder that is La Petite Marquise.
We stayed nearby and walked to this little bakery every morning (sometimes twice a day). The bread is OUT OF THIS WORLD. My sister is gluten-free but the bread here did not cause her any issues. The nut breads and the charcoals were some of our favorites, although nothing compares to the olive bread. WOW. Just wow. I think it's the most delicious bread I've ever had. Please do yourself a favor and get this (it's kind of in a pretzel shape).
I enjoyed my olive-feta bread twist in the mornings, which were only 1.50euros. I had the salmon one once too but the olive-feta combo is the true true winner. I would highly recommend. One is filling enough!
The pastries are also incredible. The jello-like texture with the fruity fresh taste was so divine! The macaroons were also all super fresh and soft and I'd definitely recommend the pistachio flavor!
The coffee to me was very eh but they also have complimentary lemon water which is a win! And very nice after all the yummy bread. -

A spacious boulangerie that has indoor seating! We walked into this boulangerie for a light breakfast and I was pretty happy with everything that we got! The service was good and there is ample seating in the back if you want to enjoy your pastries or coffee there.
The croissants here were great. Flaky, soft, crispy...it's what every croissant should be. We also got a couple other pastries and I was happy with the palmier. La Petite Marquise knows how to serve up some good pastries!

This boulangerie was recommended to us by our hotel, I have been to Paris so many times and have tried a lot of different boulangeries and I can for sure say this one is my #1 favorite now. It's pretty spacious and they have lots of selections, from flakey croissants to fresh pastries, sandwiches, light breakfast, savory quiches, tarts, baguette, large and small cakes, chocolates... and literally everything they have is so mouthwatering, I tried lots of different things and can't even tell you which one beat the other. Their sandwiches are to die for... Indoor seating, but limited and it can get busy sometimes. Welcoming staff, some of them speak English, so made it easy for me to order :) If I could give this place a 10-star I would...next time I'm in Paris, you'll find me here again...

This place is really cute and very busy! I speak zero French so it was harder here to order. I went here to try the maroons- they were very good. The coffee was very good (I ordered a cappuccino). The seating is very limited cozy! I liked the window spots. All of the pastries looked amazing!

I'm an American in Paris! And hands down this was the best bakery we went to in Paris. It was right by our hotel so everyday we stopped for pastries. Even the quiche (not pictured) was incredible! Our party of five tried new things everyday and we were not disappointed in anything. Everything was so fresh and flavorful!
The staff working was incredibly nice and patient. Super knowledgeable.
Highly recommend coming here!
